As of January 2014, Deb is no longer providing group classes at area clubs. She is still available for private group yoga. Please inquire through the Contact page to check availability.




Private Yoga Instruction

Deb provides personal yoga instruction by appointment. Please contact Deb to schedule your one-on-one yoga session.

      Use a yoga mat and practice barefoot to avoid slipping.

      Wait at least 60-90 minutes after eating before practicing yoga.

    • 3

      Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely without constriction.

        Drink water after your practice.
